When can I see the login credentials?

As soon as a profile reaches finished, use the credential unlock on the profile card to reveal the username, password, 2FA, and linked email tools — including recent mail codes.

What does the free insurance window cover?

Eligible profiles include free coverage time after delivery — up to 72h depending on your plan. If a profile dies inside the window, the matching refund or rebuild action appears directly on the profile card.

How do wallet deposits get credited?

Create a top-up invoice or crypto deposit and send the exact amount shown. Pending payments are detected and displayed immediately, and the wallet credits automatically once confirmations match.
